Pregnancy Disclaimer: If you are working with me to achieve a possible pregnancy, please be aware that there is no guarantee of outcome. All treatments must be considered complementary.
Red & Yellow Flag Recognition: I am trained in recognising red and yellow flags. If any serious health concerns are observed during your consultation or treatment, you will be advised to seek medical attention from your GP before continuing therapy.
These disclaimers are also included throughout our Policies and Terms & Conditions. By proceeding with bookings or treatments, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these conditions.
1. Definitions
- Initial Course: The first three Bowen therapy sessions booked as a package.
- Session: An individual Bowen therapy appointment.
- Pay-as-You-Go Treatment: Single treatments booked individually.
- Cancellation: When a client informs us that they cannot attend a booked session.
2. Initial Course of Bowen Therapy
When booking your initial course of Bowen treatments, the first three sessions must be booked and pre-paid at the time of booking.
If you are unable to attend the second or third session within 7–14 days due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a 21-day window will be granted. You must notify us and rebook your prepaid session(s) within 21 days of cancellation.
If you do not reschedule within this 21-day period, the session(s) will be forfeited. No refunds are given for any booked Bowen sessions.
Cancellation before your first Bowen appointment incurs an admin charge of £45. The remainder of your initial course payment will be refunded by bank transfer.
3. Pay-As-You-Go Treatments
- At least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments; late cancellations may incur a charge.
- All treatment appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bank transfer is preferred; card or cash payments must be arranged prior to the appointment.
- If more than 24 hours notice is provided, the cost may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 4 weeks.
- No booking is secured until full payment is received.
4. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
Arriving late may reduce your session time. Sessions missed without notice will be considered forfeited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions and following any preparation instructions provided prior to treatment.
6. Force Majeure
Everybody For Bowen is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, or transportation disruptions.
