  • Products & Pricing: All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm or cancel the order.
  • Orders & Payment: Payment must be made in full at purchase via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash for onsite purchases. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Orders to a Northern Ireland (BT) postcode cannot be completed at checkout. If an order is placed for an address we do not deliver to, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
  • Delivery: Orders are usually delivered by Royal Mail within one week. In any event we will deliver within 30 days of the date of your order unless we agree otherwise with you. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but where delivery is significantly delayed we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund. Goods become your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.
