No client data is stored on local computers. All information is securely stored in the cloud. Card payments are processed via iZettle (PayPal), which uses encryption and does not store card details.

- Adult clients: 5 years after the last appointment
- Clients under 16: Until their 26th birthday
After these periods, data is securely destroyed by shredding or incineration.
