With every essential oil Everyday blend you purchase, a how to use and safety advice card is included.
How to Use
- Add up to 12 drops to the water reservoir in electric diffusers.
- Add 60 drops to 100ml of distilled or cool boiled water for room spray.
- Approx add up to 6 drops to 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda and sprinkle on carpet before vacuuming.
- A few drops on a tissue or cotton wool for a drawer scent.
- Add 6 to 12 drops to 15ml of a water dispersant base before adding to bath water for an aroma bath. Dispersant base can be bath & shower gel, fractionated coconut oil or Espsom salts (magnesium sulphate).
- Add 4 drops per 10ml carrier base oil (coconut, jojoba, grapeseed, almond, sunflower) and massage into body.
- Sprinkled a couple drops on potpourri and Christmas decorations.
Important: These blends contain 100% pure, undiluted essential oils and must not be applied directly to the skin or taken internally. Always dilute in a suitable carrier oil, cream, lotion, bath base or other appropriate medium before use on the skin and do not use prior to exposing your skin to the sun. Spot test first after blending with base if skin is sensitive. Keep away from children under 7.
Seek advice if suffering from a medical condition. All our pure essential oil blends should NOT be used in pregnancy and our Uplifting pure essential oil blend should NOT be used if suffering with epilepsy.
